If sending worn garments, explain their condition and purpose before packing. Ask EPS which evidence applies to the intended courier or postal procedure instead of assuming a clothing donation is exempt.

Provide a recipient telephone number and email through the enquiry form. Correos de Costa Rica requests contact details in postal documentation to help resolve delivery or clearance questions.
Prepare the New York City collection
Give the actual mailing city, New York state and ZIP code for the pickup address. If the address is in Queens and has a hyphenated street number, retain the hyphen.
