Yes. Provide the precise physical address and postal code. EPS must check the available service and collection arrangement before confirming a booking, including any timing or access conditions.
Does detecting Canada by IP fill in my pickup address?
No. The site can open the Canadian section, but your actual collection country, province and address remain information you supply. You can change the site region at any time.
Is a quote a confirmed price and pickup?
Submit the shipment details first. Review the individual offer and collection instructions with EPS before handing over a parcel. No universal price, carrier or delivery time is promised by this guide.
Can I use a postal box as a collection address?
For a pickup request, give the physical location where someone can release the shipment. If you only have a mailing address, explain the arrangement so EPS can check the next step.
