Is every address automatically available?
No. Collection is offered across the 50 states, but availability must be checked for the specific address and service before it is confirmed.
Does a local guide mean EPS has an office in that city?
A local shipping guide describes an area from which you can request a service. A staffed office or collection point must be identified separately with its confirmed details.
Does requesting a quote book a collection?
A quote request starts the assessment of your shipment. Ask the team to confirm the service and collection arrangements before treating the shipment as booked.
Can I use a general delivery estimate for my parcel?
Request an estimate for your actual origin, destination, contents and service. A general estimate is not confirmation for a different shipment.
