How to check your collection location

  1. Use United States as the sender country and enter the actual state, mailing city and ZIP code.
  2. Give the street address and apartment, suite or unit where applicable. A city can have multiple ZIP codes; use the code for the collection address.
  3. Add the destination country and postal code, contents, package count, packed weight and external dimensions. State whether the measurements are lb/in or kg/cm.
  4. Ask the team to confirm availability, charges and collection arrangements for the requested service.

You can use USPS ZIP Code Lookup to check the postal address. Finding a ZIP code does not confirm transport availability.

District of Columbia, territories and other address types

Washington state and Washington, DC are different locations. The 50-state statement above does not by itself confirm service for the District of Columbia, US territories or military addresses. Give the exact origin and ask the team to check the applicable service before making arrangements.

Collection area and office location

A state or city guide describes where you can request a collection. It does not identify an EPS branch or a parcel drop-off point. Use only a confirmed drop-off address and arrangement supplied for your shipment.
