2010年4月23日，香港——联邦快递现已恢复从公司各服务地点前往欧洲的航班操作。但是，公司目前暂停接收国际快递重货服务（IXF）或机场到机场服务（ATA）货件。联邦快递的“准时送达保证”将一如从前，适用于自4月23日开始接收的所有符合条件的货件。
