Identify the New Brunswick municipality precisely

Use NB as the province and enter the actual city or community in the collection address. Choose the Moncton guide or Fredericton guide when the shipment is held in those cities. A nearby urban centre should not replace the name of another municipality.

Copy the street name and any directions from the sender’s address as provided. Do not invent a translated street name or drop a unit number when preparing an enquiry. Add any access explanation separately from the address itself.

Separate the mailing address from the handover location

For rural premises or a business with several locations, state where the packed goods will be ready. A mailing address, billing office and storage location may be different. Identify the entrance and person proposed for handover so EPS can assess the correct origin.

Include relevant opening hours, controlled-entry arrangements or other access constraints. Availability and timing are confirmed for each address; a previous quote from another New Brunswick location does not establish the same collection plan.

New Brunswick city guides

Choose the guide for the actual municipality holding the goods. Keep Saint John, New Brunswick distinct from St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, and use Dieppe or Moncton according to the physical origin. Other communities can submit their own address and parcel details for an individual check.

List each packed parcel before choosing a service

Give the contents, shipment purpose, destination country and delivery address. For every box, record its packed weight and outer dimensions. Select kg / cm or lbs / inch in the form and review the displayed figures.

If packages are held at several origins, keep the contacts and package lists separate. Confirm the quoted carrier, charges, collection instructions and transit estimate with EPS before handing over the goods.

New Brunswick shipping questions

Can I request collection from a smaller community?

Yes. Provide the real location and postal code. EPS checks the available collection arrangement and service individually.

Should I translate the street name into English?

Copy the name supplied for the actual collection address rather than inventing a translation. Explain access details separately.

Can one enquiry describe several origins?

Yes. Identify each address, contact and group of parcels clearly. Each proposed collection needs its own service check.

Address preparation resource

Canada Post addressing guidance helps review postal address components. It does not confirm EPS coverage or a booking for a particular address.

This is a collection-area guide, not an EPS branch or drop-off counter. Rates, carrier, collection arrangements and transit estimates are confirmed for the individual shipment before booking.
