Choose the actual collection location

Canada has ten provinces and three territories. EPS accepts collection enquiries across them, with service availability checked individually. The collection address—not your current IP location—determines the origin of the shipment.

If a local guide has not been published yet, you can still request a quote with the full collection address. Listing a region does not guarantee collection at every address.

How to choose the correct guide

Use the municipality and province or territory that appear in the actual collection address. A nearby major city is useful for orientation but does not replace those details. Vancouver, British Columbia, is in Canada; Vancouver, Washington, is covered separately in our United States guides.

Geographical reference: Government of Canada — provinces and territories.

This is a collection-area guide, not an EPS branch or drop-off counter. Rates, carrier, collection arrangements and transit estimates are confirmed for the individual shipment before booking.
