Identify the community on Newfoundland or in Labrador

The province includes the island of Newfoundland and mainland Labrador, as described by the provincial government’s location overview. Enter the actual community and complete postal code; the province name alone is not enough to assess the origin.

For an origin in St. John’s or Corner Brook, use the corresponding city guide. A shipment in Labrador or another Newfoundland community should retain its own location in the request. Do not substitute one of the published cities to obtain a quote.

Describe how the parcel can be handed over

Give the civic address of the premises holding the shipment, including a unit if applicable. If the sender’s mailing address differs, explain the physical location separately. State who will release the parcels and any access arrangements that need to be checked.

For an outlying location, identify any constraints known to the sender without assuming a collection method. EPS confirms what is available for that address. A service offered from one city cannot be assumed to operate in the same way elsewhere in the province.

Newfoundland and Labrador local shipping guides

Use the actual municipality and full civic address. Keep Mount Pearl, St. John’s and Conception Bay South distinct in collection requests, and provide the correct community for other Newfoundland or Labrador origins. Each location needs its own service and handover assessment.

Send the package details with the route

List the destination country, full delivery address, contents and shipment purpose. Weigh and measure each box after packing and choose kg / cm or lbs / inch in the form. Explain any preferred dates or special handling questions before accepting an offer.

Review the confirmed carrier, charges, documents, collection instructions and transit estimate with EPS. Submitting an enquiry does not automatically book a pickup or establish a guaranteed delivery date.

Newfoundland and Labrador shipping questions

Can I request a quote for a Labrador address?

Yes. Give the real community, physical collection details and postal code. Availability is checked individually.

Does a city guide mean there is an EPS office there?

No. These guides help prepare collection enquiries. They do not identify branch locations or authorised drop-off counters.

Can several origins share one package list?

Keep the addresses, contacts and parcels for each origin separate so EPS can assess each collection requirement.

Postal address reference

Canada Post addressing guidance explains Canadian address components. Address formatting does not by itself confirm a shipping service.

This is a collection-area guide, not an EPS branch or drop-off counter. Rates, carrier, collection arrangements and transit estimates are confirmed for the individual shipment before booking.
