Give the community, not only the territory name
The Northwest Territories community directory distinguishes communities across the territory. Use the actual community holding the shipment, with NT and its complete postal code. Do not replace an origin elsewhere with Yellowknife simply because it is the city guide currently available.
For parcels held in the city, begin with shipping from Yellowknife. For another location, enter the real origin in the quote form and describe the proposed handover point.
Confirm the collection arrangement for the specific origin
Give the civic address where available and identify the building, unit or worksite where the boxes will be ready. Explain any difference between this physical location and the sender’s mailing address. A postal box alone does not identify where a person will release the shipment.
Describe known access restrictions, relevant hours and who can be contacted locally. Ask EPS to confirm the available method and timing; a previous shipment from another Northwest Territories community does not establish the same arrangement at this origin.
