Keep the Vaughan community and street address together
When the sender describes the origin as Woodbridge, Concord, Maple or another Vaughan community, keep the complete postal address they supply, including unit, ON and postal code. Add the municipality where needed to clarify the physical location. A community name alone does not identify the building or entrance.
The City of Vaughan mapping information includes a municipal-addressing reference. Use municipal information to clarify a location with the sender, not as evidence of a carrier’s collection route.
Check a Thornhill origin against the actual premises
The City’s Thornhill page explains that the community spans Vaughan and Markham. Do not infer the municipality from the Thornhill name alone or replace the sender’s postal address with a guessed alternative.
