Separate the province from the collection municipality
Saskatchewan is the province; the city or community is a separate part of the origin address. Use SK for the province and enter the actual municipality, postal code and premises holding the shipment. Start with Saskatoon or Regina when the parcel is in those cities.
For an address outside either city, do not replace the origin with a nearby urban centre. A regional description may help explain the location, but EPS needs the physical handover details to assess the collection.
Acreages, rural premises and shared business sites
Distinguish where mail is received from where the parcel will be released. If the location uses a rural description, provide it accurately and explain the proposed entrance or handover point. State any access restrictions and a contact who can clarify the location.
For a business with an office, yard and separate storage premises, identify which address holds each parcel. Mention any handling or entry requirements before confirming service. The existence of a province guide does not mean a collection vehicle or arrangement has been assigned.
Saskatchewan city guides
- International shipping from Saskatoon
- International shipping from Regina
- International shipping from Prince Albert
- International shipping from Moose Jaw
Choose the guide for the actual collection location. Retain full street directions and unit details, and distinguish a city address from an outlying property. Other Saskatchewan communities can submit their own origin details; availability and timing remain specific to the address and service.
Combine clear origin details with a complete package list
For every parcel, supply the contents, packed weight and outer dimensions, along with the destination country and delivery address. Choose kg / cm or lbs / inch in the form and review the figures before sending the request.
If several origins are involved, keep contacts and parcels grouped by address. Ask for confirmation of the charges, carrier, collection plan and transit estimate for each route rather than assuming a single provincial schedule.
Saskatchewan shipping questions
Can I arrange shipments from both Saskatoon and Regina?
Yes, you can describe both requirements. Provide separate addresses, contacts and parcel lists so each collection can be checked.
Can I enquire from a rural property?
Yes. Give the precise physical location and any access details. EPS checks the available arrangement before confirming a booking.
Does choosing Canada on the website set my origin?
No. The region selector opens relevant guidance. Enter the actual Saskatchewan address in your quote request.
Address preparation resource
Review the address components using Canada Post addressing guidance. Postal address formatting and collection availability are separate checks.
This is a collection-area guide, not an EPS branch or drop-off counter. Rates, carrier, collection arrangements and transit estimates are confirmed for the individual shipment before booking.
