Plan the parcel handover around checkout
A room booking does not confirm that the property will store or release an outgoing parcel. Ask the hotel or rental manager whether they can assist, where the packed parcel may be left and who will handle a collection inquiry. Tell EPS when you check out and whether you will still be available.
- Confirm the property's full address and the actual location of the parcel.
- Agree a release contact and any guest name or reference the property needs to find it.
- Provide the final contents and measurements after packing.
- Ask EPS to confirm an available collection arrangement before relying on it for your departure plans.
If staff cannot hold the parcel after checkout, arrange another responsible contact or location before booking. Any change of address requires a new availability check; a nearby property is not automatically covered by the original arrangement.
Orlando mailing addresses and city boundaries
The City of Orlando explains that an address labeled Orlando can be outside its municipal limits. Its Check Your Address tool helps identify the municipality. A shipping request should still use the correct postal city, street and ZIP code of the property.
Give the accommodation's address rather than a resort-area name, booking company's office or attraction name. EPS needs the address where the parcel will be ready; municipal eligibility for city services does not determine transport availability.

A lost-property reference may help staff identify it, but it does not replace the contents and package measurements needed for assessment.
Do not assume the property or the collection service will provide a box, packing materials or storage. Clarify those responsibilities with the property and EPS before selecting a service.
Several guests or more than one destination
Keep each recipient and destination with the correct package list. Parcels from different hotels are separate origins, even when everyone attended the same event. If boxes at one address are going to different countries, identify those routes individually.
List the packed weight and outside dimensions of every package using lb/in or kg/cm. Describe purchases and personal belongings specifically, and mention batteries, liquids or other special contents before a service is agreed.
Confirm the arrangement before leaving Orlando
