If you will sail or travel onward before collection, confirm who will remain responsible for the parcels. Share how long the holder has agreed to keep them and how the confirmed shipment documents will reach that person. Moving the goods to another address requires a revised origin check.
Confirm the overseas recipient and handover window
Use the recipient's full delivery address, country and postal code. For a traveler receiving the goods later, confirm that the destination property will accept them and explain any relevant dates. An itinerary or vessel schedule is not a transport commitment.
