Confirm what belongs to the purchased set

List the individual pieces and quantities, including lids, stands, detachable parts or other components agreed with the seller. A photograph of a display may show objects that are not included in the purchase. Resolve that distinction before the seller prepares the shipment.

Keep your purchase reference and ask the holder to confirm the current condition and any fragile features relevant to packing. Describe the actual objects and materials instead of using only antiques or collectibles. These details help assess the proposed goods; they do not establish acceptance or coverage by themselves.

Check each finished package in a multi-piece order

Ask whether the pieces will travel together or in separate packages and who will complete the protective packing. Provide the final packed weight and outside length, width and height of each box, crate or proposed container. A shelf dimension or the size of an unpacked object is not a parcel measurement.

Use lbs/inch or kg/cm consistently. Identify unusual shapes, glass or delicate projections, and discuss any additional preparation or handling before booking. Furniture or other large objects should be described accurately for individual assessment rather than treated as ordinary parcels.

Keep the release list and destination aligned

Match each package reference to the pieces inside and provide the overseas recipient's full address, country and postal code. If the seller splits the order or changes the packing, send the revised figures before accepting the transport arrangement.

Confirm the release contact's available hours and who will attach the agreed shipment documents. Tell EPS about any deadline for removing the purchase from the premises.
