Use the complete street address, unit or building, mailing city, Missouri or MO and ZIP code. Goods in St. Louis, Springfield, Columbia or another community should retain that location. A Missouri business may have a separate dispatch address from its sales office.

Sending a purchase, a return or your own property?
Explain the purpose of the shipment and describe the actual goods, quantities and condition. A purchase order, repair reference or return authorization can help the holder identify the right items, but each serves a different purpose. State which reference applies rather than treating them as interchangeable.
For a return, obtain the recipient's approved receiving address and instructions. The address on an old delivery label or sales invoice may not be the current return destination. Tell EPS if the recipient requires a reference on the documents or package, and check the agreed instructions before dispatch.
Recheck the package after it has been opened
If goods arrived in Missouri and are now being sent onward, confirm what remains inside. Accessories may have been removed or added, and the original carton may have been replaced. Do not reuse an incoming shipment's count and weight without checking the current packages.
