The official Merrimack Valley guide identifies Manchester, Nashua and Concord as separate cities. Keep that distinction in a shipping inquiry: an address in Nashua should not be entered as Manchester because it is the nearest published guide.
Preparing a return, repair or replacement shipment
If goods are going back to an overseas supplier, confirm the receiving address and the person or department expecting them. Ask the recipient for any return reference and keep that reference with your shipment details. A transport quote does not by itself confirm that the recipient has agreed to accept a return or perform a repair.
Explain the items and the purpose of the shipment to EPS. Include model details where useful, and identify batteries, liquids or other contents requiring review. Ask which supporting information is needed for this particular route; do not assume that a previous delivery's paperwork can simply be reused.
Check what is ready before choosing a collection date
Have the holder confirm that all items for the shipment are present and packed. If an accessory or replacement component will arrive later, say whether you want to wait or send separate packages. The quoted package count must describe the shipment being offered for collection.
For a business origin, supply dispatch hours and the agreed release contact. For a home, rental or seasonal property, identify who can remain available until the handover. A preferred date is a request until the service and arrangements are confirmed.
Measure the packed goods and describe access

- Choose lbs/inch or kg/cm in the form.
- List the contents and quantities for each parcel.
- Explain any gate, reception or separate dispatch entrance.
A manufacturer's item dimensions may differ from the dimensions of the shipping carton. If final packing is still pending, identify estimates clearly and provide the finished measurements before confirming the offer. Additional packing or handling needs must be discussed individually.
