The Albany Capital Center exhibitor page directs exhibitors to its current shipping and receiving guidance. If your shipment is connected with an event, consult the venue and organizer about your particular outgoing goods. EPS collection still needs separate confirmation.
Give the actual collection address, event or business name, responsible holder, Albany, New York or NY and ZIP code. Albany is a separate origin from New York City. A booth number helps identify goods inside an event but does not replace the building address and agreed handover point.
Recount what remains after the exhibition
Prepare a fresh list after materials have been distributed, used or sold. Distinguish the items returning to their owner from purchases going to a new recipient. The inbound package list may no longer describe the outgoing shipment, even if the same cases are reused.
Describe printed materials, display parts, samples and equipment separately, with quantities and main materials. Identify batteries, liquids or other contents needing review. Sample or promotional is a purpose, not a complete description of the objects inside the parcels.
Separate your goods from hired equipment
Confirm which cases, stands, screens or accessories belong to you before packing them. Keep rented or borrowed items out of the shipping inventory unless the owner has agreed to their movement. A shared booth can contain goods belonging to more than one exhibitor.
Ask who is responsible for packing, moving the packages to the release area and handing them over. Venue handling, storage, loading assistance or specialist freight services should not be assumed to be included in an EPS parcel quote. Describe oversized pieces for individual assessment.
Arrange release after the event closes
Provide the holder's available hours, any removal deadline and the designated contact. Closing time and the period allowed for dismantling are not a confirmed collection slot. If goods must move to an office or another facility, update the address and explain who arranges that transfer.
Reweigh each completed package and measure its outside length, width and height in lbs/inch or kg/cm. Supply the full overseas recipient address, country and postal code. Can I reuse my inbound exhibition measurements?+
Check the outgoing contents, package count, weights and dimensions again. Materials may have been used or removed, and the final packing may differ from the inbound shipment.
Does the event closing time book a collection?+
No. Agree the release window with the holder and have EPS confirm the collection arrangement. Explain any deadline for moving packages out of the venue.
Does this guide include venue handling or storage?+
No such service should be assumed. Confirm the responsibilities and charges with the relevant provider and describe any assistance your shipment needs.
