Do not shorten an address to a number and the words Salt Lake. Distinguish the premises number from the numbered street, and include the unit or suite, Utah or UT and ZIP code. If a shop provides both a mailing address and loading instructions, identify which one is the physical dispatch point.
Keep the actual mailing city
A Salt Lake-area description can refer to goods outside Salt Lake City itself. Retain Sandy, South Salt Lake, West Valley City or another city when that is the holder's confirmed address. A hotel where you are staying and a shop holding your purchase can be in different communities.
If equipment is still at a lodge, resort or other location outside the city, use that address for review. Do not assume it can be collected from a Salt Lake City address until an agreed transfer has actually been arranged. Transfers and temporary storage are not automatically included.
Identify the entrance and release contact

List the contents and quantity of each finished carton or case. Give its packed weight and outside length, width and height, specifying lb/in or kg/cm. A product's published dimensions or a suitcase's capacity is not the measurement of the prepared shipment.
Disclose batteries, liquids, fragile items and unusual handling needs at the start. Separate rented goods from items you own. Confirm who will provide suitable packing and attach any agreed labels or documents; a purchase or service appointment does not establish that these tasks are complete.
Check the quote against the confirmed origin
Give the recipient's country and postal code and explain the shipment purpose and any deadline. If the origin or package details change, update the request before accepting. Review the service, charges, documents and delivery estimate for the final arrangement.
