Customs checks and recipient responses can affect delivery; any estimated transit time must be confirmed for the actual shipment.

Ask EPS which booking or clearance channel to use for identification. Describe the goods in the parcel description; do not publish sensitive identification in public fields or URLs.

Does a gift label guarantee no import charges?

No. The goods, values and applicable rules must be assessed. The quotation should state which charges are included.
