Measurements should include the final outer packaging. If a seller has not finished packing, say so rather than presenting product dimensions as shipping dimensions. Packing assistance and special handling are not included automatically.
Agree a workable release arrangement
Provide the responsible contact, available local hours and the entrance used for outgoing parcels. For an order collected on your behalf after a visit, confirm that the holder has authorized its release and can identify all packages. A purchase receipt does not reserve a collection appointment.
