Quebec province: identify the city as well
Quebec is both a province name and part of the name of Quebec City. For a provincial collection enquiry, put the actual municipality in the city field and QC in the province field. Do not use Quebec City for a parcel held in Montreal or another municipality.
Use the address of the premises holding the shipment. If the sender’s postal address differs from the pickup location, identify both and explain which address should be assessed for collection. A rural mailing address alone may not describe the physical handover point.
Prepare the address without losing useful details
Keep the street name as it appears in the sender’s address rather than inventing an English translation. Include the building number, apartment or suite, complete postal code and contact who can release the parcels. Explain any separate entrance or reception arrangement in the enquiry.
For a business, distinguish the registered office from the stock location. State where the packed goods will be ready and include access hours that must be considered when arranging collection.

Use the guide for the actual collection municipality and retain the sender's complete current address. Sector references such as Lachenaie, La Plaine, Le Gardeur or Iberville can accompany the civic address and postal code. For Brossard, use the specific premises rather than a general South Shore label. Lévis and Quebec City remain distinct origins. Other Quebec locations can submit their own address and parcel details for an individual service check.
Build a useful international quote request
- Separate the Canadian collection address from the overseas destination.
- Describe the contents and reason for sending the shipment.
- List the packed weight and outer dimensions of every box.
- Mention preferred dates and questions about item acceptance before booking.
Collection, carrier, charges and transit estimates are confirmed for the individual route. Submitting an enquiry does not reserve a pickup or establish a province-wide delivery promise.
Quebec shipping questions
Does this page cover only Quebec City?
No. This is the province guide. State the actual municipality in the request so EPS can assess the correct origin.
Can I arrange the enquiry from another country?
Yes. Give the Quebec collection address and the contact who will hand over the shipment, even when you are arranging it remotely.
Can I use a mailing address for collection?
Provide the physical handover location as well. Explain any difference between it and the mailing address so the collection arrangement can be checked.
Address preparation resource
Use Canada Post addressing guidance to review the address components. It does not confirm EPS availability or select a carrier for your shipment.
This is a collection-area guide, not an EPS branch or drop-off counter. Rates, carrier, collection arrangements and transit estimates are confirmed for the individual shipment before booking.
