Distinguish a Gatineau origin from Ottawa
A Gatineau collection is in Quebec. Enter QC and the full postal code with the sender’s street address. Do not use an Ottawa address or ON simply because the request is described as coming from the Ottawa–Gatineau area.
If the parcels are actually held in Ottawa, use the Ottawa, Ontario guide. A requester living or working in another city should still provide the premises where the packed goods will be released.
Clarify the sector without losing the postal address
