Describe business goods precisely
For a component, replacement item or sample, explain what it is and its purpose rather than using only a stock code. Give the quantity and materials when relevant, and say whether it is new, used or being returned. Identify any batteries, liquids, residue or fragile elements for acceptance review.
Do not treat a boxed item as automatically suitable for parcel transport. Describe unusually heavy or bulky packages and any handling requirements before choosing a service. The available service, preparation and documentation depend on the specific contents and destination.

- State what packing or preparation is still outstanding.

Prepare the person releasing the parcels
Confirm the handover contact, business hours and readiness date. Ask whether outgoing packages are released at a front desk, shop entrance or dispatch area, and provide the correct instructions. Mention controlled access or any need for an appointment before a collection is confirmed.
