YOUR ARKANSAS SHIPPING GUIDE
Use the Arkansas address where the order is ready
If you are buying from an Arkansas seller, the shop address shown online may differ from the location releasing your order. Ask the seller to confirm the physical collection address, city, AR or Arkansas, ZIP code and contact responsible for handover. A billing address is not necessarily the dispatch point.
The official Arkansas cities directory can help identify the community named by the sender. Use the actual city rather than replacing it with Little Rock or a broad regional description. Collection requests elsewhere in the state can be assessed individually even without a dedicated city guide.
Agree who completes packing and releases the goods
Before requesting a collection date, confirm whether the seller will finish packing, provide the measurements and make the parcels available. Buying the goods does not automatically include those tasks. Explain if the order is still being made, assembled or prepared.
For more than one order at the same address, identify which items belong to your shipment. Give the holder a clear list and ask for the final number of boxes. Combining orders can change the packed size and weight; send the revised figures before accepting a transport quote.
If goods are held by different sellers, provide a separate address, contact and parcel list for each origin. EPS must review those collection points individually. Do not present several uncollected orders as one ready shipment at a single address.
Describe the finished parcels, not just the purchase
- List the contents and quantities for each box.
- Record its weight after all protective packaging is added.
- Measure the external length, width and height.
- Choose lbs/inch or kg/cm in the quotation form.
- Flag fragile items, liquids, batteries or unusual materials for review.
A product listing may show an item's dimensions without the shipping carton. Ask for the outer measurements that apply to the package being handed over. If the seller cannot yet provide them, make that limitation clear in the inquiry rather than presenting estimates as final figures.
Describe any unusually shaped packaging and the actual contents. A general quote request is not confirmation that every item or packing format is accepted. Preparation or handling beyond transport must be discussed separately.
Plan a clear handover
Include dispatch hours and any entrance, gate or reception instructions. The person on site should know which parcels to release and when they are ready. Ask EPS to confirm the collection arrangement before making plans around a preferred date.
For origins in the capital area, the Little Rock shipping guide explains city-name and building-access checks. Provide the overseas recipient's city, country and postal code, and review the complete route before booking.

Arkansas shipping questions
Can I arrange collection from an Arkansas seller?
You can request it once the seller agrees to release the ready parcels. Supply the actual address, contact and packed measurements for EPS to assess.
Can several purchases share a quotation request?
Explain where each purchase is held. A single origin needs a final package list; different origins need separate collection details and review.
What if the order is still being prepared?
State the expected readiness date and identify estimated measurements. Update the request with the completed packing details before final confirmation.
This guide describes an area from which collection can be requested. It does not identify an EPS branch or parcel drop-off counter.
