Identify the dispatch point for a business order

Describe the actual contents and condition, and mention batteries, liquids or fragile components. An earlier inbound delivery does not establish that every service can transport the return. EPS must review the specific shipment and its final packaging.

Agree a practical handover
Give a readiness date and the hours when the release contact will be available. If the goods are moved to another address or the packing changes, send updated details before accepting the offer. Review the service, price and preparation instructions with EPS; a preferred date is not a confirmed collection slot.

No. Use the actual Nampa address with Idaho and its ZIP code. EPS needs the real origin to assess the request.
