Use the actual Idaho community and address
Idaho origins should be entered with United States as the country and Idaho or ID as the state. Add the full street address, city and ZIP code supplied by the person holding the shipment. A regional description cannot replace those fields.
The official Idaho regions guide distinguishes northern, southwestern and other parts of the state, and identifies Boise in southwest Idaho. Do not substitute Boise for a collection address elsewhere simply because you reached EPS through the Boise guide.
Explain where parcels can physically be handed over
A postal mailbox, correspondence address or property name may not identify an accessible handover point. Ask the holder for the physical location where a person can release the ready shipment. Add the building, unit, entrance and any helpful access instructions to the full address.
For a property with a private road, controlled gate or a separate workshop, describe the known access conditions. State who can answer questions on site and when they are available. Do not assume an alternative entrance or nearby meeting point has been agreed until EPS has reviewed it.
If parcels move to a different address during preparation, send the revised origin before finalising the arrangements. A previous quote based on one location should not be treated as confirmation for another.
Check equipment and personal items before requesting transport
When sending personal belongings or equipment, give an item-level description rather than only a broad label such as outdoor gear. Explain whether the parcel contains batteries, liquids, aerosols or any other unusual materials. Ask for an assessment of the exact contents before committing to a service.
Provide the final packing format as well as the item description. An unpacked object, a fitted case and a protective outer carton can have different handling needs and measurements. Explain what is ready now and what still needs packing; extra preparation is not automatically included in a transport inquiry.

- Weigh each parcel after packing.
- Measure its external length, width and height.
- Choose lbs/inch or kg/cm in the form.
- Report any repacking or added items before confirmation.
Review the whole route before booking
Supply the overseas recipient's city, country and postal code. Include the readiness date and the hours when the Idaho contact can release the parcels. A preferred collection day is not a confirmed appointment, and availability depends on the address and service under review.
