Should I send the return to the seller's shop address?
Use the address the seller confirms for your particular return. Its shop, billing office and returns facility may be different locations.
Does requesting a shipping quote guarantee my refund?
No. Confirm return eligibility, references and deadlines with the seller. The transport quotation covers the shipment arrangement separately.
Can I keep the weight from the original delivery?
Reweigh and remeasure the completed return package. Removed products, replacement boxes and additional protection can change both weight and dimensions.
