A Kentucky origin starts with the goods' location
Use the address where your packages will be ready for handover. Include the street number and name, unit or building, mailing city, Kentucky or KY and ZIP code. A buyer's home, a company's registered address and a workshop holding an order may be different places.
Kentucky.gov's local directory includes communities such as Lexington, Bowling Green and Louisville. Keep the holder's confirmed mailing city for a request from elsewhere in the state. A nearby major city or county name alone cannot identify the release point.
From a workshop order to a ready parcel
If a maker or supplier is completing an order, ask which items are finished and when they can be packed. An estimated production date is not necessarily a collection-ready date. Confirm whether all goods will leave together or whether some pieces will remain with the supplier.
Give the contents and quantity in each completed outer package. For made-to-order goods, describe the actual product and materials rather than using only an order number. A reference helps the holder find the purchase, but does not replace the information needed to assess transport.
- Confirm the packed parcel count and readiness date.
- Weigh each finished carton or case.
- Measure the outside length, width and height, including protective packing.
- Choose lb/in or kg/cm in the quote form.
- Identify fragile pieces, batteries, liquids or other contents needing review.
Tell EPS if you have only estimated measurements. Update them after packing before accepting an offer based on the final shipment. Packing or special handling should be agreed separately rather than assumed to be included.
Arrange access beyond the mailing address
For a workshop, business unit or rural property, ask the holder to identify the entrance used for outgoing parcels. Explain any gate, private access, building identifier or need to contact someone on arrival. A map pin or directions supplement the address; they do not replace it.
Give a local person who can release the packages, their available hours and who will attach the agreed labels and documents. If the order is moved to another location, provide the new origin for review. A requested date remains subject to a confirmed collection arrangement.

Provide the destination country and postal code, shipment purpose and any deadline. Review the service, quoted charges, required documents and delivery estimate before accepting. Submitting the form does not book a pickup.
