A Twin Cities description needs a full postal address
Use Minnesota or MN with the actual mailing city, street, unit and ZIP code. Minneapolis, Saint Paul and surrounding communities should keep their own confirmed postal details. Goods elsewhere in the state, such as Duluth or Rochester, should not be listed under Minneapolis for convenience.
If a seller has a shop and a separate storage or packing location, ask which one holds the completed shipment. A billing address, hotel reservation or the place where you placed an order may not identify the collection origin.
Shipping purchases after a visit
Explore Minnesota's Twin Cities boutique guide includes shops offering clothing and locally made products. For purchases you want to send abroad, keep an itemized list and ask each seller who can prepare and release the goods. A visitor listing does not establish an EPS partnership.
Identify clothing, accessories, decorative items or other contents specifically, including their quantities and condition. Mixed purchases can contain fragile pieces, liquids or battery-powered items; disclose these before choosing a service. An order total alone is not a contents description.
Confirm packing and final measurements
List the number of cartons or cases and the packed weight and outside length, width and height of each. Use lb/in or kg/cm consistently. Shopping bags, product boxes and travel bags should not be assumed suitable for the proposed transport service without review.
Ask the holder or an experienced packer about preparation for the actual contents. Explain if packing is incomplete, if part of an order is missing, or if purchases are at different addresses. Storage, packing and consolidation require agreement and are not automatically included in a quote.
Keep the handover practical
- Give the responsible contact and available local hours.
- Identify the building, unit and agreed dispatch entrance.
- Explain gates, reception procedures or loading requirements.
- Confirm that all packages will be accessible and ready together.
- Report weather-related or other known access problems before the arrangement.
For a temporary stay or seasonal property, make sure someone can remain available after your departure. Do not leave the plan dependent on an unstaffed address. If the handover point changes, have the new origin reviewed before moving the goods.
