Confirm which state holds the shipment
The collection request needs a complete address, not just an Omaha-area description. Enter the street number and name, suite or unit, mailing city, state and ZIP code supplied by the person holding the goods. Keep any directional street details and the correct street type.

Identify the business entrance that releases parcels
A company's public entrance may be different from its parcel dispatch point. Ask the on-site contact whether the shipment is held at a reception desk, stockroom or an agreed loading entrance. Include the business name and suite, and explain which team has permission to release it.
For an order collected from a supplier, give the supplier the parcel references and confirm that the order is packed and ready. A sales confirmation does not by itself mean the boxes are available for handover. Obtain the final package count and measurements from the holder.

Update the inquiry if the supplier combines boxes, changes packaging or adds items. Review the resulting quote and preparation instructions before confirming. A requested date or general delivery estimate is not a guaranteed appointment or arrival time.
