Agree who will pack the item and remove or cover outdated transport labels. Provide the packed weight and outside length, width and height of every completed package in lbs/inch or kg/cm. Replacement packaging or additional protection can change the measurements from an earlier shipment.
Give the release contact's available hours and the complete overseas address, country and postal code. If the service work is unfinished, report the expected readiness separately from your preferred collection date. City shipping questions
Does a repair authorization book my shipment?
No. It identifies the recipient's agreed repair or return process. Collection, transport suitability and the quotation still require separate confirmation with EPS.
Should all original accessories travel with the device?
Ask the receiving service provider what it needs, then list the included accessories accurately. Do not assume the recipient expects every cable, case or detachable part.
Can I reuse the dimensions from the previous delivery?
Measure and weigh the finished outgoing package. The box, protective materials and accessories may have changed since the earlier shipment.
