For a company with several sites, distinguish the accounts office from the premises holding the goods. If parcels are at two Texas addresses, the request needs two origins with the appropriate contacts and package lists.
Build a package list before requesting a price
For each origin, record the destination, contents and box count. Then list each box separately with its packed weight and external length, width and height. For example, describe Box 1 and Box 2 individually instead of giving only a combined weight.

- Measure the completed package, including any protruding packaging.

Collection from a business, workshop or home
For a warehouse or workshop, provide the trading name, unit and entrance where the shipment will be released. Ask whether a booking reference or a site contact is needed. For a home, include the apartment or unit and explain any access arrangements.
A map pin, industrial park name or highway exit is supplementary information. Supply the physical address and correct ZIP code. USPS ZIP Code Lookup can help check postal details; the shipping service still requires a separate availability check.
