Identify the British Columbia collection point

Use the municipality and complete postal code of the premises holding the parcel. A broad description such as “Vancouver area” does not identify the collection point. For a City of Vancouver address, see our Vancouver shipping guide.

If the premises are on an island, in a remote community or accessed through a controlled site, explain the arrangement with your enquiry. The team must confirm the available service, collection method and timing for that location before booking.

Access details that help assess a collection

  • Residential premises: unit number, street entrance and how the sender can be reached.
  • Commercial premises: business name, reception or loading entrance and opening hours.
  • Several buildings or addresses: identify which parcels are held at each physical location.

Keep Township of Langley origins distinct from Langley City. For Saanich, clarify the physical municipality alongside the confirmed postal address.

State any relevant access constraints explicitly. Do not assume a collection arrangement applies across the province because it was available for a different address.

British Columbia city guides

Choose the guide for the actual collection municipality and provide its complete physical address. Keep Port Coquitlam distinct from Coquitlam, retain Queensborough notes with a New Westminster origin, and copy complete street and unit details for Maple Ridge. For Vernon or Prince George enquiries, distinguish a city contact from goods held outside the city. Nanaimo and Victoria on Vancouver Island remain separate origins from Vancouver. Other communities can submit their own address and parcel details for an individual service check.

Describe the shipment before choosing a service

Send the destination country, contents, number of boxes and each packed weight and size. If the parcel contains an item that may need special acceptance or documentation, identify it before booking. EPS confirms the available carrier and service for the individual request.

Yes. Provide the real collection municipality and postal code, including any access requirements. Service and timing are checked for the address.

Is this a Vancouver, Washington service page?

No. This section concerns origins in British Columbia, Canada. A collection in Washington belongs in the United States section.

Check the municipality, province abbreviation and complete postal code against Canada Post’s Canadian addressing guidance. These address resources do not confirm EPS collection availability or identify the carrier that will handle your shipment.
