Confirm the trader’s current Bilston location
The council’s June 2026 market update describes the planned move of outdoor traders from a temporary High Street site back to the redeveloped market. Older directions can therefore refer to a different arrangement. Confirm the individual trader’s present stall or holding premises rather than choosing an address from an earlier purchase.
Separate indoor and outdoor market arrangements
The council lists Bilston’s indoor and outdoor markets separately from Wolverhampton and Wednesfield market locations. Specify which trader holds your order and where the packed goods will actually be released. A general market postcode, nearby transport stop or council market-office address does not replace the authorised origin supplied by the holder.
Plan release when a stall is no longer staffed
Ask whether the seller can keep the parcel at a permanent address and identify the person who will hand it over. Agree packaging and any collection authorisation before proposing a date. If a purchase includes several traders’ goods, explain whether there are multiple origins or a separately agreed consolidation point. Do not assume the market operator provides storage or packing for the shipment.
Describe the completed consignment for review
Give the contents, quantities, condition and shipment purpose, plus the full overseas destination. Measure and weigh each finished package; declare fragile parts, batteries, liquids or other handling concerns. Include the precise Bilston address and agreed availability of the holder. EPS assesses acceptance, route, collection feasibility and price individually before confirming a service.

Shipping questions
Should I use the temporary High Street market address?
Ask the trader for their current release premises. The council has described a relocation programme, so an old address may no longer apply.
