International Shipping from Bayswater and Lancaster Gate
UNITED KINGDOM · BAYSWATER AND LANCASTER GATE
International shipping
from Bayswater and Lancaster Gate.
An international shipment from Bayswater or Lancaster Gate may start with a shop purchase, belongings left at accommodation or boxes in a residential flat. Identify the premises holding the goods and the person authorised to release them before requesting collection. This guide covers the adjoining Bayswater and Lancaster Gate area, including Queensway and the residential streets north of Kensington Gardens. EPS assesses each address and shipment before confirming a service.
Share the actual collection address. The team will check the route, service and collection arrangements.

Purchases on Queensway and Westbourne Grove
If you have bought goods from a business on Queensway or the Bayswater side of Westbourne Grove, ask the seller whether they are packed and where they are being held. Supply the trading name, order reference and a contact who has agreed to release the purchase. Include the full street number and postcode rather than only the shopping street. If the seller uses a separate stockroom or warehouse, that address becomes the proposed origin and may require different arrangements.
Belongings left at a hotel or serviced apartment
For belongings held at accommodation around Bayswater Road, Lancaster Gate or the surrounding streets, first confirm that the property has located the items and agrees to hand them over. Give EPS the property name, full address, storage or booking reference and the responsible team. Explain whether the goods are loose, inside luggage or already in a protective shipping package. A hotel booking or checkout date does not itself authorise release, guarantee storage or establish suitable packaging for international transport.
Residential squares and converted buildings
For a flat near Leinster Square or in the residential streets behind Queensway, state the flat number, floor and actual entrance. A basement flat, mews entrance or separate door can need different instructions from the main building. Describe where the packages are stored and whether stairs or a lift affect access for their packed size. Ask a neighbour or building representative to help only after they have agreed; the handover contact must know which items are leaving.
Hallfield and multi-block addresses
For a home in Hallfield or another development with several blocks, provide the block name and flat number alongside the postcode. Explain how the collection contact will meet the handover and whether the goods are inside the property or at an agreed reception point. Avoid treating the estate name as a complete address. If the consignment includes several boxes, label them consistently with the package list so the local contact can check that the right shipment is released.
Lancaster Gate and the park-facing streets
Use the building address for an origin around Lancaster Gate or the north side of Kensington Gardens. A station or park gate is a useful landmark, but it does not identify the room, business or residential entrance where the goods are held. For a property accessed from a side street, include that information with the enquiry. Confirm any proposed loading or handover arrangement with the property contact; this guide does not establish collection permission at a station, hotel forecourt or park entrance.
Westbourne Grove, Notting Hill and onward addresses
Westbourne Grove continues beyond the Bayswater side, so send the precise collection address even when the purchase or accommodation is advertised under a nearby neighbourhood name. For an origin farther west, the Notting Hill and Portobello guide may be more relevant. Any onward shipment needs the destination address, a contents list, the reason for sending and the packed measurements. Raise a fixed arrival date before booking so EPS can assess the route and offer.

Shipping questions
Can EPS arrange shipping for items I left in a Bayswater hotel?
Ask the hotel to confirm the items, their storage reference and who can release them. Then send EPS the full property address, contents, packing condition, weights and dimensions. Collection and transport can be assessed once those details and the property’s handover agreement are available.
Is a Bayswater or Lancaster Gate station name enough for a quote?
Supply the actual origin and destination addresses, including postcodes and any flat, unit or building name. Station names help describe the area but do not replace the premises address or confirm where goods can be collected.
